The link above will take you to my official sponsorship letter from Ven. Khensur Rinpoche Lobsang Jamyan, along with detailed information about Save The Children of Tibet project.
This event will raise awareness and funds that will help provide these orphan and refugee children
with shelter and basic living amenities such as bedrooms, washrooms, kitchens and classrooms to
care for and provide them with an education. The monastery provides the children with lodging, clothing,
basic medical supplies, food and a basic education, including English, Tibetan, mathematics, etc. After having completed their basic schooling at the monastery, the children are able to leave to pursue higher education at the university of their choosing.
I was honored with a meeting with His Holiness the Dalai Lama on Earth Day in April 2012 to share our teams stand in the world. We passionately stand as source of Love in an Enlightened World. A video of our meeting will be posted shortly.
A glorious and generous evening filled with delightful guests who attended to impact the lives of children. Cynthia Kersey (Unstoppable Foundation Founder) is a phenomenal woman generating & inspiring others to create the way to bring education to children around the world. This years 4thAnnual Gala was hosted at the Beverly Wilshire, a Beverly Hills history-rich luxury Four Season Hotel.
I was thrilled when Bonnie Kanner (Producer) invited us to this event, especially when I heard the word UNSTOPPABLE! We were in Houston visiting my Father and Brother in law, and wereflying back to Los Angeles the day of the event. I had not packed anything to wear for such an occasion, so our friend John Asuncion came to my rescue. He organized my dress, jacket, shoes, etc. and brought them to the airport and drove us to the Beverly Wilshire. I changed my clothes in the ladies room and their was a lovely woman, Maria Rangel, Stylist, applying make-up, and I asked if she’d zip me up. Maria was such a doll, and not only did she zip me up. . .my hair do was falling from the airplane trip, so she took out some pins and coiffed my hair back into shape. The first person I saw that I knew was Brian Larrabbee (Founder of POD), who is having a benefit for children in April. Then I see Cherif Aziz (Producer Discover The Gift), who is smiling away talking with another guest.
The gala honorary chairs include Bob Proctor, Jack Canfield and Reverend Michael Beckwith. Bob Proctor is one of the most sought-after speakers in the world for professional coaching and company seminars and a teacher in the wildly popular film, The Secret. Proctor is considered one of the living masters and teachers of the Law of Attraction. Jack Canfield, known as the beloved originator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series, has personally taught millions of individuals his unique and modernized formulas for success and personal fulfillment and is a widely recognized leader in peak performance strategies. Reverend Michael Beckwith is the originator of the Life Visioning Process, which he teaches throughout the country along with meditation, scientific prayer, and the spiritual benefits of selfless service. Dr. Michael Beckwith’s life is a living testament to building spiritual community.
Another special guest was one of Oprah Winfrey’s all-time favorite guests, Dr. Tererai Trent, a Zimbabwean-American woman whose unlikely educational success has brought her international fame. Dr. Tererai Trent is a scholar, a powerful motivator, but most importantly, a humanitarian. She grew up in an impoverished village of Zimbabwe, but she never let her impossible circumstances stand in the way of working to achieve her goals.

At CBS Studios this weekend AWM SoCal is hosting their annual Speed Mentor Event. I am honored and excited to be part of a group of outstanding entertainment professionals, who will be mentoring our future media stars.
As an actress / producer navigating my way for the past 15 years, I have bumped up against many walls, and have had many breakthroughs in getting to the other side. The challenges we all face when pursuing a dream is part of the plan. Creating a plan of milestones and what actions need to be taken is key in making it all unfold. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO ON AWM
A musical comedy!?!?!? YES!!! My favorite stage production!!! When I read Dean Scott Schulman’s original play. . .I felt a connection to Alice Blue immediately. I’ve been pining to be a Mom in real life, well, I thought playing one may just be the next best thing!!!It was, and my daughter April was precocious, endearing, and heartwarming to say the least. The cast was first class!!! We had an incredible time bringing these characters to life. We are hoping to get another run performing Dean’splay on the west side in 2013. CHARITABLE ENDOWMENT SUPPORT
I’m a spokesperson for CES7, because I’m committed to making a positive impact in the lives of under privileged children. There was a day I remember so vividly when I was about 10 years old (5th grade). I walked home from school that day and when I arrived at our side door to the house there were several bags of groceries sitting on the steps. There was no note….I realized an Angel had brought them for us. From that moment on I hoped one day I too would be an Angel for some child. That day has come, and my husband too is an Angel for children, along with the team at www.CES7.org.
This past Saturday night, September 22, 2012 was the first annual dinner and dance for Charitable Endowment Support. Founder & President Charles E. Santacrose and VP Yolanda Abaca shared about their vision for building their first orphanage in Cebu, Philippines. A generous couple Bernadette & David Mohr donated the land that it will be built upon. I created the promo video below to introduce myself to the guests at the event, and share www.CES7.org‘s plans for the future.
